Chi Kung lessons introduces awake and in-the-body explorations around upright stillness, posture, energy management and seasonal rhythms.

During the course of the lessons, you will explore in your body the architecture of standing and some of the fundamental forces that inform our stance in life.

The content of the lessons focus on rooting, structural alignment, the seasons and presence.

You can attend per session or apply for the whole series.

Chi Kung Lessons are being offered both online and in-person.

FOR WHO? This classes are meant for everyone who is looking for an effective combination between body & energy awareness practices, who wishes to foster clarity, flow and agency in how we stand in life and nurture health.

We engage in easy-to-follow practices, such as:
- still chi kung (zhan zhuang, archetypical postures for health)
- ba duan jin
- walking chi kung
- meditations
- auto massage

Classes are open to all levels of training and previous experience with chi kung is not a requirement


Park in Zwolle

General preparation:
- Do bring comfortable, flexible clothing and shoe wearing suitable for the weather.
- Do eat a nutrient-rich meal before attending class.
- Registration is mandatory.

Refund policy:
-if by unforeseen reasons you need to cancel your participation, the fee will not be refunded
- if due to pandemic or other social regulations the classes cannot take place, a new date will be set and your place transferred to this new cycle of classes

Coronavirus extra safety requirements:
- there's a limit for the number of participants
- the 1,5 meter distance between participants should be respected at all times
- do disinfect or wash your hands with soap at arrival
